Booked a suite in Castillo Della Valle but on the ground floor facing the car park with no view and privacy charging the same as other suites upstairs. How would any hotel have rooms on ground floor in the first place?!Guess it is a holiday property that is intended for sale but no one buys, then converted to a “luxury” hotel. The whole resort is more suitable for local Thai customers but is very challenging for non Thai speaking visitors. It’s a big resort. If you don’t have a car, it is not very convenient to get around by relying on the shuttle services.

We stayed at the Castillo del Valley. Room was superb, very clean, comfortable. Stunning views from the golf course. Food was good. It stroke me that the restaurants menus have so much in common that it feels hard to find variety in such a big property. Staff service in general was fair. The location is amazing.

Our stay at the hotel, from check in, to check out had been very smooth. The rooms are spacious and cozy yet modern. The whole country club offers a variety of activities for families even those with little kids, the views are breathtaking, and the staffs are very accommodating. The only caveat is, the main restaurant gets fully booked fast (they said this is quite normal on weekends) but there are other options around the compound though a little bit off the town center (square). Overall, the services, staffs, and facilities are amazing.

It’s more like a resort property intended for sale but converted to a “luxury hotel” under the poor market. So don’t expect 5 star hotel services. It’s more suitable for local Thai customers but very challenging for foreign tourists. Not recommended for non Thai visitors.

It's very very bad management. Security did not allow us to go in ,because it had the exhibition said by security gate No.2. But, security of the gate No.1 said it could go inside. Finally, we ended up that we could not go inside ,because the guards were not allowed us to go in. So, i would recommend not to go if you don't want to get mad with unavailable place to go in.

I am disappointed on two specific things. First, the room service was bad I stayed there for two days and on the second day I check the bed sheet after they done house keeping they didn’t change it and they didn’t refill any toilet amenity. Secondly, the choice of foods is limited than I expected, and i met one rude waitress at the cafe.

When you want to escape the big city of Bangkok with an awesome nature view, lots of fabulous cafes, this is the place. With more affordable but still fantastic services this hotel provides, would 10/10 be back and stay here again. Breakfast is good with a wide range to choose from Thais to Western. Coffee is made by the barista mind you, and for breakfast to me it is very very important. Who doesn't want a good coffee in the morning?

"We, my family and I, went to the area for one day, thinking that we could enter and enjoy the cafes and activities. However, it turned out that they were only reserved for hotel guests. Nevertheless, they allowed us to dine at one restaurant. The view and the food were amazing, and I hope they allow visitors to enjoy the area, even if it requires a fee."
